ICNP'98 Call for Papers
ICNP deals with the entire development cycle of communication network protocols,
from design and specification, to verification, testing, performance analysis,
implementation, and performance tuning. Protocol functions of interest include
(but are not limited to) the following: network access, switching, routing,
flow and congestion control, multimedia transport, network security, Web
protocols and applications, electronic commerce, network management,
interoperability, and internetworking.

The first message, in plain text, indicates the title of the paper, its authors,
and the following informations concerning the principal author: full name, full

The second message, in uuencoded compressed postscript, has the paper only. Please
note that when this file is printed, each of the printed pages is 8" by 11" (letter size).
Miscellaneous
Selected papers will be forwarded for "fast track" consideration
to IEEE/ACM Transactions on
Networking.
