ICNP'99 Royal York Hotel Registration
Reservations can be made by telephone (416-863-6333 or 1-800-441-1414)
or by way of the housing form mailed or faxed (416-368-8148) directly
to the reservations department (Form available below). Attendees
should reference IEEE Computer Society ICNP'99 when making
reservations.
The reservation cut-off date is 8 October 1999 at 5:00
p.m. Eastern time. Reservations received after this date will be
accepted by the hotel on a space available basis.
The hotel confirms the following special rates for ICNP'99:
Single/Double: $175.00 Canadian
Pacific Premier: $295.00 Canadian
Suites from: $460.00 Canadian
These rates are exclusive of applicable provincial sales tax
(P.S.T.) currently five (5) percent and governmental sales tax
(G.S.T.), currently seven (7) percent are net non-commissionable.
The above special rates will apply at least three (3) days prior to
and three (3) days after the conference dates based on availability to
accommodate those who wish to extend their visits and these nights
will be credited back to the room block.
