For hotel reservation, please refer to the conference venue page.

For visa letter, send email to BOTH jasleen@cs.unc.edu and rouskas@ncsu.edu, with the subject line "ICNP 2014: Need a visa letter". In the body of the email, include your full name as you want it to appear in the letter. Also include the full citation of the paper you will be presenting (including all authors and their affiliations).

Please note:
  1. Early registration rates apply before Sept 21, 2014, 11:59 pm EST. However, all presenting authors must register by Aug 22.

  2. Conference paper authors: To present the paper in the conference, the presenter must register at the full rate (not at the student rate). For presenting multiple papers, one full registration is valid for up to two papers (including PhD forum papers, but not workshop papers).

  3. Workshop paper authors: Attendees and presenters for only the Workshops (those that are not planning to attend the main conference) are not required to register for the main conference.

  4. PhD forum authors: PhD forum students must at least register at a main conference student rate, if he/she is not a full rate registered author of a main conference paper.

  5. Student attendees: Students can register at the student rate only if they are not presenting a paper in the main conference. Students presenting posters, participating in the PhD forum, or simply attending the conference can register at the student rate. Student registrants are required to upload a proof of their student status, which could be a scanned copy of their student ID or a letter from their department.

  6. Refund policy: Cancellation requests received in writing by Sept 21, 2014, 11:59 pm EST, wil be honored (but a cancellation fee of US $100 will be charged). Requests received after that, unfortunately, can not be honored.
Please contact rouskas@ncsu.edu if you have questions.
